Firstly:  We need to know what the Department is planning, are they looking at a centralized backup point at Head office with a replication site?  Or more than one centralized point such as the bigger regional offices and replication sites accordingly.

Thirdly:  Give us a run down on what you currently have?  How do you backup, is it still the EMC Tape backup systems?

Fourthly:  What system applications are DWAF now running, is Novell still used, with Microsoft and Unix Sun Solaris?

Sixth:  What do you have in mind to be covered by the consolidation? In other words, are you looking at network appliances that can help you backup, such as mail backup units?  Any other specific need?
