CHART is build on the Silverlight platform and therefor requires the latest Silverlight runtime library to be installed on your client.

The Silverlight runtime will install automatically with the initial launch of CHART.

If the Silverlight runtime does not install automatically, please download and install the runtime from Microsoft.
