Before you rush out and buy the CD, remember that this is a workstation-bound system and you will have to spend a small fortune to set it up if you do not have a Unix computer running Arc/Info with about a gigabyte of spare disc space (the system will not port directly to Windows NT).
The Institute for Water Quality Studies trensferred the C++ analytical routines to a web-driven data analytical tool at http://www.dwaf.gov.za/iwqs/wg/map/sa_hca1.htm but this site has now closed: the Water Management System of the Department of Water and Sanitation will take over this function.
The real challenge will be to emulate the geographical components on the Internet.
