Analysis of Potter's Channel.

Figures 32 and 33 show that whether Potter's channel is open or Potter's channel is closed has very little effect on the salinity of the lake. Certainly it has too little effect to warrant any further work either in closing it or keeping it open. The ``open-closed'' trace shows the difference between the two scenarios.
