The Strategy Steering Committee for the development of the 2014 Reconciliation Strategy was revitalised and the role of the committee for this study is to:
Provide executive guidance to the direction and outcomes of this study; Make available supplementary information and input from a local and regional perspective; Facilitate strategic linkages with other initiatives; Disseminate information from this study to the relevant organisations; Incorporate strategies’ recommendations into development plans such as Integrated Development Plans (IDPs), etc; Ensure the implementation of the strategy recommendations.
