Comments requested on the Draft Scoping Report, October 2007

An integral part of the project and a key requirement of the National Water Act (NWA) [PDF - 240KB] is the participation of stakeholders. Thus in support of this principle, an intensive stakeholder engagement process has been developed and will be implemented.

The objective of the public participation process is to provide sufficient and accessible information to interested and affected parties (I&APs) in an objective manner and to assist them to:

  • During the Scoping Phase During the Scoping Phase

  • During the Impact Assessment Phase (Specialist Studies and EIR)
