The additional resources target is ALL the audiences who interact with faecal sludge along the sanitation services chain. This includes Users, WSAs, Civil Society, Service Providers, Other Government Departments, and Department of Water and Sanitation.

The intention is to raise awareness on each role players roles and responsibilities, the interdependencies in FSM across the service chain. Consultations, partnerships and collaborations are important to fulfil people's rights as outlined in Section 24 of the Constitution and SDGs.
